The Micro Source service and integration center, located at our corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, employs a team of certified technicians that build, integrate, and repair computer equipment for businesses and individuals.  Partnering with HP/Compaq, IBM, and Toshiba, we are able to offer warranty repairs on a variety of products, including desktops, laptops, tablet PCs, printers, and plotters.  Because of quality customer service and quick turn around repair times, our technicians are highly rated in the industry.

We offer out of warranty service on virtually any equipment with parts available on the market, from white-box systems to non-warranty brand-name computers and printers.  For larger printers or other stationary equipment, a service technician can work directly on-site for your convenience.

The service and integration department works closely with the sales team to add valuable services to the products our clients purchase, including DOA-testing equipment before shipping and integrating custom components into PCs and workstations.  If you’re looking for a completely custom solution, our technicians can build a system using brand-name parts tailored to your specifications.
